Job Title: Business Development Executive

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Executive to join our team at Anytime Fitness Otis Inc. As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for conducting site visits and ocular inspections to evaluate potential locations for developing fitness gyms/resto bars.

Your key responsibilities will include negotiating lease agreements and terms with landlords to secure suitable spaces for club operations, preparing and presenting comprehensive ocular inspection reports to management, highlighting the viability of proposed locations, and facilitating and submitting all necessary permits and documentation for securing the leased space.

You will also collaborate with contractors and design teams to plan and implement club construction projects, transition the leased club area to the assigned Club Manager for ongoing monitoring and management of gym construction progress, and oversee renovation of current gyms.

To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service, and familiarity with the local real estate market, regulations, and industry trends.
