Operations Supervisor for Content Creators

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creator team.

This includes scheduling, onboarding, and mentoring, as well as driving process improvements and maintaining a supportive and growth-focused work environment.

  • Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.
  • Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.
  • Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.
  • Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.
  • Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.
  • Foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.
  • Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.

Candidates will have experience managing remote teams and a background working within the digital content ecosystem. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate will be proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.
  • Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is a definite advantage.
  • Familiarity with subscription-based or premium content platforms is a plus.
