Job Description

We're seeking a highly skilled Content Coordinator to join our team. This role is crucial in overseeing digital content across various client accounts, maintaining organized content repositories, and supporting content workflows through accurate documentation and coordination.

This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure that content is tagged, categorized, and ready for optimal performance.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload, Organize, and Tag Digital Content
  • Maintain Folder Structures, Naming Conventions, and Vault Documentation
  • Support Script Template Creation for Tone Consistency
  • Collaborate on Content Ideas Aligned with Current Trends and Client Goals
  • Review Content for Quality and Flag Inconsistencies
  • Maintain Accurate Databases and Trackers for Team Coordination
  • Provide Timely Updates and Task Status via Internal Tools

Requirements

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • 2+ Years of Experience in Content Coordination, Digital Marketing, or a Related Field
  • Strong Proficiency in Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Drive)
  • Familiarity with Content Management Systems and Tracking Tools
  • Excellent Attention to Detail and Organizational Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication
  • Ability to Work Independently in a Remote Team Environment
