Job Title: Operations Supervisor for Content Creators

  • We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Supervisor to oversee and streamline the daily operations of our content creator team.

">

  • The ideal candidate will have experience managing remote teams and a background working within the digital content ecosystem.

">

  • This includes scheduling, onboarding, and mentoring, as well as driving process improvements and maintaining a supportive and growth-focused work environment.

">

Key Responsibilities:

">

  1. Coordinate and communicate weekly and daily team schedules, ensuring all coverage needs are consistently met.

">

  1. Oversee the onboarding process for new hires, including documentation and peer-mentorship assignments.

">

  1. Act as the primary contact for operational questions and day-to-day workflow issues.

">

  1. Track team performance and process adherence, escalating concerns as necessary.

">

  1. Maintain and improve standard operating procedures for scheduling, onboarding, and reporting.

">

  1. Collaborate with leadership to resolve productivity bottlenecks.

">

  1. Foster an inclusive and productive culture across a 100% remote team.

">

  1. Monitor key operational metrics and deliver regular reports to management.

">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

">

  • Demonstrated experience in operations, team supervision, or coordination within startup, remote, or BPO environments.

">

  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.

">

  • Outstanding written and verbal English communication skills.

">

  • Comfortable using digital scheduling tools, spreadsheets, and virtual collaboration platforms.

">

  • Ability to thrive independently and as part of a remote team.

">

  • Experience supporting online content creator teams or managing online communities is a definite advantage.

">

  • Familiarity with subscription-based or premium content platforms is a plus.

">

  • Proactive, solutions-oriented attitude.
