Job Summary

The Senior Manager, Security Assurance will lead security assurance initiatives and drive compliance with various security frameworks.

  • This role is responsible for ensuring the integrity of organizational data.

This involves overseeing, coordinating, and facilitating external audits to ensure adherence to regulatory and internal standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the security assurance programs to ensure compliance with industry best practices.
  • Oversee and facilitate external audits including HITRUST, SOC, ISO 27001, NIST, and PCI DSS.
  • Assess and identify gaps in security controls and develop strategies for remediation and improvement.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on security frameworks and influence organizational security strategy.
  • Develop and implement security policies in alignment with organizational objectives and industry standards.
Requirements
  • 7-10 years of experience in information security with a focus on security assurance and compliance.
  • In-depth knowledge of security frameworks and standards such as HITRUST CSF, SOC 1/2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI DSS.
  • Proven experience in managing and leading audit engagements including preparation, facilitation, and follow-up.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
