Job Title

As a seasoned security leader, you will be responsible for leading the Security and SOC teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.

  • Ensure IT systems and applications meet business needs, adhere to industry best practices, and comply with relevant regulations.
  • Present risk assessments and security policy improvements to management, providing actionable recommendations.
  • Manage high-complexity projects requiring in-depth knowledge across technical and business areas.
  • Review and update existing security measures and protocols, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Implement security strategies to minimize cyber-attack risks and ensure business continuity.
  • Oversee daily operations to identify security risks and opportunities for enhancement.
  • Assess cybersecurity risks from internal systems and vendors, perform vulnerability threat assessments, and develop solutions.
  • Promote security awareness through training and communication, fostering a culture of security excellence.
  • Ensure security policies align with applicable laws in all operational countries.
  • Exercise sound judgment to protect corporate information and maintain confidentiality.
">Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • At least 8 years of experience in cybersecurity, with at least 5 years in a leadership position.
  • Strong understanding of industry standards, data protection regulations, and ISO 27001.
  • Knowledge of BSP regulations and familiarity with blockchain and cryptocurrency markets.
  • Hold risk management certifications (CISA, CISM, CISSP, etc.) or be willing to obtain them.
  • Experience collaborating across business units to balance growth and security.
  • Stay updated on current security trends and best practices.
