About Information Security and Compliance, the key responsibilities include managing enterprise security compliance requirements and certifications such as PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA/HITRUST. This includes serving as primary audit liaison and providing all inputs, justification and documents required to client auditors. As a manager of IT security, you will develop and implement a corporate security and compliance awareness program and lead the client audit from an auditee perspective.

Job seekers with at least 8 years of experience in information security, risk management, and IT jobs are encouraged to apply. A proven track record in developing security policies, procedures, and standards is required. Additionally, experience with relevant legal and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, data protection and other industry frameworks is desired.

The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of business impact and can articulate a compelling business case for recommended actions. Strong problem-solving skills and project management skills are essential for this role. The ability to communicate security concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences at all levels is also necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage enterprise security compliance requirements and certifications including PCI DSS, SOC 2, HIPAA/HITRUST
  • Develop and implement a corporate security and compliance awareness program
  • Lead client audits from an auditee perspective
  • Provide all inputs, justification and documents required to client auditors
  • Ensure security compliance with applicable regulations and industry frameworks
  • Conduct research on emerging practices and services to support system security and compliance enhancement efforts
  • Recommends and supports deployment of additional security products and tools to mitigate security risk and detect/remediate compromises

Required Qualifications:

  • At least 8 years of experience in information security, risk management, and IT jobs
  • Proven track record in developing security policies, procedures, and standards
  • Experience with relevant legal and regulatory requirements such as ISO 27001, data protection and other industry frameworks
  • Strong understanding of business impact and ability to articulate a compelling business case for recommended actions
