About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Information Security Leader to join our organization and drive cybersecurity strategy, governance, and operations. The ideal candidate will bring over 15 years of deep expertise in Information and Cybersecurity, along with more than 7 years of leadership and people management experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage cybersecurity teams to ensure the protection of enterprise assets.
  • Develop and implement security policies aligned with standards such as NIST, ISO-27001, and PCI.
  • Oversee cloud security frameworks and practices (Cloud Security Mode).
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and frameworks including PCI, NIST, and NSA guidelines.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to align security initiatives with business objectives.
  • Continuously assess risk, identify vulnerabilities, and implement proactive solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Certifications: CISSP, CISM, and CISA (Required).
  • 15+ years of professional experience in Information/Cybersecurity.
  • 7+ years of experience in people management within technical teams.
  • Strong understanding of cloud security models and implementation.
  • In-depth knowledge of information security standards, rules, and compliance regulations.
  • Has information security, cybersecurity, certification with cissp , cism and others are plus
