As a Senior QA Automation Lead, you will be responsible for driving quality assurance strategies across multiple teams to ensure the reliability and performance of software products.

Responsibilities
  • Define and implement testing strategies, frameworks, and best practices for all projects.
  • Plan, prioritize, and execute both manual and automated testing across frontend, backend, and mobile systems.
  • Develop and maintain scalable, reusable automated test scripts that simulate end-to-end user interactions.
  • Monitor automation test coverage and execution results, identifying issues early and ensuring efficient release cycles.
  • Review test results and quality metrics, preparing leadership-level reports and recommendations for quality improvements.
  • Maintain and enhance the automation framework, testing tools, and CI/CD integrations to support continuous testing.
  • Mentor QA engineers and foster a culture of technical excellence and continuous learning within the team.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate QA processes seamlessly into development lifecycles and release workflows.
Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years experience in manual and automation testing and at least 1 year experience in leading a team.
  • Development and execution of test plans and scenarios.
  • Experience in writing automated tests using Selenium, Cypress, and Appium, Robot Framework.
  • Testing complex GUIs, APIs, and platforms.
  • Source control management like Git, Bitbucket, etc.
