Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Software Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of our software products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute test plans to ensure that software products meet the required specifications and standards.
  • Identify and report any defects or issues found during testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve defects and improve overall product quality.
  • Conduct training and mentorship programs to enhance the skills of testers and other stakeholders.
  • Analyze and document test results to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend innovative solutions to business problems.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
