">About the Role

We are seeking an experienced assurance expert to lead engagements across various industries. As a key team member, you will uphold our core values and service standards while delivering high-quality results to clients.

">Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain in-depth knowledge of Generally Accepted Auditing Standards (GAAS) and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
  • Conduct thorough research and analysis of financial statement issues using electronic sources and software.
  • Contribute to the assurance workflow by identifying, analyzing, and articulating problems and opportunities.
  • Gain a comprehensive understanding of company operations to assess internal controls and provide business process solutions to client management.
  • Evaluate project progress and communicate timely results internally and externally on project and client information.
  • Build positive relationships with clients through exceptional service and communication.
  • Supervise and coach staff and interns on detailed engagements for moderately complex to less complex clients.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting from an accredited institution.
  • Compliance with the 150 hour rule and/or a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification.
  • Two to four years of recent public accounting experience.
  • Strong research, organizational, computer, and analytical skills.
  • Able to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work under pressure.

  • Minimum Internet Speed: 50-100 Mbps.
  • Dedicated Home Office Area: Private, quiet workspace.
  • Business Continuity Plan: Power and Internet Backup is required.
