Key Responsibilities:

  1. Deliver end-to-end workforce management solutions for assigned accounts, encompassing planning, scheduling, forecasting, real-time management, and reporting.
  2. Conduct high-level data analysis and create comprehensive dashboards, reports, and ad-hoc reports as needed.
  3. Ensure timely and accurate reporting to meet client requirements within the agreed-upon timeframe.
  4. Maintain confidentiality of sensitive data and consistently meet service level and abandonment percentage targets.
  5. Identify and implement revenue-growth initiatives.
  6. Proactively provide solutions to mitigate potential performance or revenue issues.
  7. Effectively lead and manage the WFM team.
  8. Support departmental goals and adapt to changing business needs.
  9. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective communication and delivery.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong analytical skills and logical thinking capabilities.
  • Understanding of operational processes and reporting mechanisms.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Experience in team management and leadership.
  • Proficiency in Excel, with the ability to upskill team members.
  • Preferably knowledgeable in VBA, MS Access, and SQL programming languages.
  • Exposure to Aspect/IEX/BP standard WFM tools.
  • Familiarity with Avaya CMS software.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage conversations.
  • Ability to make quick decisions impacting business outcomes.
