
Strategic Operations Coordinator

The role of a Strategic Operations Coordinator is to provide high-level support to our leadership team by managing complexity, empowering executives to focus on key initiatives, and upholding strict confidentiality and professional standards.
Key Responsibilities- Calendar Management: Optimize complex calendars, travel, and logistics to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.
- Communication: Handle internal and external communications with discretion and professionalism, maintaining confidentiality and adhering to company standards.
- Project Coordination: Initiate and manage projects to ensure timely completion with high quality, conducting research and preparing reports for executive decision-making.
- Research and Reporting: Conduct thorough research and prepare detailed reports for executive use, supporting informed decision-making.
- Confidentiality and Discretion: Uphold strict confidentiality and professional standards in all interactions, maintaining the trust of executives and stakeholders.
- Experience: A minimum of 6 months of experience in an administrative or executive assistant role, demonstrating strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, impeccable organizational skills, and a high level of discretion, with the ability to anticipate needs and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Mindset: A solutions-first, proactive mindset with a strong ability to think critically and resolve complex issues efficiently.
- Technical: Must be tech-savvy and comfortable with various digital tools and platforms, with a willingness to learn new systems and processes.
- Availability: Must be available full-time (40 hrs/week) during U.S. business hours, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
