We are seeking an experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our services.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Create personalized account plans to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
- Develop and execute strategic account management plans to meet or exceed customer revenue and retention targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver comprehensive solutions and ensure seamless client onboarding
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify opportunities for service expansion and improvement
- Foster open communication with clients through proactive support, timely issue resolution, and transparent progress updates
Key Skills:
- Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or customer success in the B2B realm
- Solid business acumen and understanding of the B2B sales cycle
- Adept at fostering and managing relationships with US-based B2B clients, preferably within business consultancy or recruitment and staffing sectors
- Experience engaging with top-tier clients (C+-level) with executive-level communication
- Proficiency in CRM software to manage customer relationships and drive progress
