Helpdesk Specialist

We are looking for a highly motivated and organized individual to fill the position of Service Desk Technician at Prime@Technology Specialist Inc.
Main Job Duties and Responsibilities- Provide Exceptional Customer Service: Respond to customer calls, emails, and chats to resolve technical issues and provide product information.
- Troubleshoot Complex Issues: Use established methods to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, and escalate complex issues to senior technicians when necessary.
- Assist Field Engineers: Work closely with Field Engineers to provide technical support and assist on tasks outside their knowledge or expertise.
- Education: A Bachelor's degree in any field is required.
- Experience: At least one year of work experience in a customer-facing role is preferred.
- Skills: Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.
