
HR Business Partner

A Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for addressing employee queries and concerns related to HR policies, payroll, benefits, and compliance. They will resolve employee grievances, maintain a log of daily HR cases, and track resolution times for process improvement.
They will conduct pre-boarding activities, organize orientation sessions, and assign mentors or buddy programs to ensure a smooth onboarding experience. The Human Resources Specialist will also ensure all IT, security, and administrative setups are completed before the first day.
They will develop and implement employee engagement activities, conduct regular check-ins, and feedback sessions with employees. The Human Resources Specialist will act as a mediator in employee disputes and foster a positive work environment.
They will assess training needs for new employees, develop training materials, and schedule training sessions. The Human Resources Specialist will evaluate training effectiveness, maintain training records, and ensure continuous learning opportunities.
They will process payroll accurately, manage employee benefits, and address payroll discrepancies. The Human Resources Specialist will stay updated on tax regulations and deductions to ensure compliance.
They will ensure adherence to local labor laws and employment regulations, regularly update HR policies, and conduct compliance training and awareness programs. The Human Resources Specialist will handle legal matters related to employment contracts, terminations, and workplace disputes.
They will collect and analyze HR metrics, prepare reports, and dashboards for leadership insights. The Human Resources Specialist will use data-driven decision-making to improve HR processes, implement HR technology solutions, and automate and enhance HR functions.
They will perform regular audits of HR records, review employee files, and HR case resolutions for compliance. The Human Resources Specialist will identify trends and issues from audit results and suggest corrective actions.
They will develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for all HR functions, document workflows, and ensure SOPs are regularly updated based on regulatory and organizational changes. The Human Resources Specialist will train HR staff on adherence to established SOPs.
They will identify gaps in existing HR processes, recommend improvements, and implement HR best practices for efficiency and effectiveness. The Human Resources Specialist will automate repetitive HR tasks through technology solutions and monitor process implementation and track improvements in efficiency.
