Job Title: Strategic HR Leader

Overview: As a Strategic HR Leader, you will play a crucial role in strengthening end-to-end human resources operations and ensuring compliance across a growing, multi-location organization that serves vulnerable communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Own employee records, contracts, onboarding, offboarding/terminations, and performance documentation to maintain accuracy and ensure smooth transitions.
  • Maintain accurate file management and version control in the HRIS and shared systems to safeguard confidentiality and prevent data breaches.
  • Coordinate Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) aligned with company policy and consultant guidance to support employee growth and development.
  • Monitor employee relations issues, document incidents, and escalate appropriately to resolve conflicts and maintain a positive work environment.
  • Partner with leadership and HR consultants on escalations, corrective actions, and resolutions to ensure timely and effective resolution of HR-related matters.
  • Post roles, screen candidates, and schedule interviews in coordination with hiring managers to ensure a seamless candidate experience.
  • Ensure consistent candidate communication and maintain structured pipelines to optimize recruitment outcomes.
  • Track hiring progress and support smooth transitions from offer through onboarding to minimize time-to-hire and improve new hire satisfaction.
  • Standardize HR procedures and maintain audit-ready documentation in HRIS to ensure compliance and reduce risk.
  • Liaise with external HR consultants to implement compliant practices and stay up-to-date with industry best practices.

Requirements: To succeed as a Strategic HR Leader, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with employees, management, and external partners. You should also have a strong understanding of HR principles and practices, with the ability to analyze complex HR issues and develop effective solutions.
