Key Responsibilities:
  • Develops and maintains automated test suites for quality assurance.
  • Executes tests and provides reporting/metrics data to optimize processes.
  • Collaborates with teams to establish automation testing architecture and design standards.
  • Promotes pioneering approaches to testing automation and identifies associated risks/issues.
  • Participates in daily stand-up meetings and Agile ceremonies.
  • Translates complex requirements into clear testing scenarios.
  • Manually tests enhancements or defects as needed for release integration.
  • Develops detailed test cases/test scripts for testing needs.
  • Performs test data conditioning, functional testing, regression testing, and validation.
  • Ensures timely completion of testing processes/workflows.
  • Proactively identifies and communicates issues as they arise.
  • Contributes to process improvement while establishing best practices for testing.
  • Ensures compliance with applicable testing standards and best practices.

The ideal candidate has a broad business approach and deep understanding of software automation, quality practices, and the software development lifecycle. They should have solid knowledge of QA methodology and tools, with demonstrated experience in a Quality role. Excellent communication skills - verbal and written, self-sufficiency, analytical, problem-solving, and systems thinking abilities are required, along with passion for and commitment to a consumer- and client-driven culture and ability to develop effective partnerships and relationships, collaborating and influencing broadly within the organization.
