Position Title: Performance Test Specialist

Job Summary:

Responsible for quality assurance or testing in relation to simple to complex system enhancements and implementations. Specifically tasked to:

  • Test Analysis and Design using Test Design techniques
  • Preparation of Requirements Traceability Matrix
  • Review and sign-off

Role Exposure:

  • Enhance critical thinking by knowing how to think from a customer's perspective throughout the entire software development cycle.
  • Learn to effectively communicate with business units, especially when discussing issues with development.
  • Develop collaboration and social skills through working closely with project teams to ensure successful product releases.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of performance testing and/or automation testing experience.
  • Familiarity with using Selenium testing tool.
  • Analytical mindset.
  • Ability to project manage, troubleshoot, and think out of the box.
  • High-level technical writing skills.
