Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and reconcile QuickBooks Online files, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Manage all billing processes, including data entry and record-keeping.
  • Audit real estate contracts to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Coordinate vendor schedules, answer calls on the company phone line, and handle general administrative tasks.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3–5 years of proven experience with QuickBooks Online.
  • Solid understanding of U.S. tax laws.
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
