Expert Email Deliverability Specialist

This role involves playing a pivotal part in the success of creators by conducting research and troubleshooting delivery challenges.
Responsibilities:- Conduct data-driven analysis to diagnose email deliverability issues using datasets, third-party insights, and experiments.
- Collaborate with creators on blocklists, spam traps, and Internet Service Provider (ISP) related issues.
- Support creators in developing email warmup schedules and monitor their progress.
- Monitor creator email metrics and provide guidance to enhance sending reputations.
- At least one year's experience in a customer-facing team.
- Familiarity with third-party email deliverability tools (Mailgun, MXToolbox, etc.).
- A basic understanding of authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
- Knowledge of global privacy and anti-spam laws (GDPR, CASL, CAN-SPAM, etc.).
- Strong empathy for creators and passion for revenue growth.
