The ideal candidate for this role will be a results-driven Email Marketing Specialist who can help drive revenue growth through email and SMS channels. They will craft lifecycle campaigns, optimize performance, and drive customer retention across multiple brands.

This is a remote position that requires strong knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies. The successful candidate will have hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms, copywriting and visual direction skills, and analytical mindset with experience in campaign reporting and optimization.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Execute email and SMS marketing strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue.
  • Manage segmentation, campaign builds, and automated flows throughout the customer lifecycle.
  • Analyze post-send performance and apply insights to improve future campaigns.
  • Maintain and optimize campaign calendars to ensure timely and consistent communication across brands.
  • Personalize messaging using customer data and behavior to improve conversions and retention.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with email/SMS platforms (Klaviyo & Postscript preferred).
  • Proven ability to build and optimize lifecycle flows and campaigns that drive retention and revenue.
  • Strong knowledge of segmentation, A/B testing, and personalization strategies.
  • Copywriting and visual direction skills for high-performing email/SMS creatives.
  • Familiarity with popup and list-building tools (e.g., Justuno, OptiMonk, Privy).

Work Environment:

This is a full-time, permanent WFH setup with 40 hours a week and 8 hours a day. The work schedule is in EST (Monday-Friday only). Opportunities for professional development and career advancement are available.
