  • We provide timely and accurate support to internal customers, ensuring seamless communication.
  • Data-driven insights influence decisions and drive improvements within the function.
  • We engage in team huddles, sharing valuable insights and addressing potential challenges.
  • We own key responsibilities, including bug reports, metrics, data analyses, and quality audits.
  • We exhibit strong critical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
  • We successfully manage special projects, trackers, reports, and analyses, coordinating with stakeholders for timely delivery.
To be successful, you must bring
  • Strong research, navigation, and investigative skills.
  • Experience with tools like Salesforce, Coda, and Jira.
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, including Forms, Sheets, Docs, and Slides.
  • A team player with excellent collaboration skills.
