Senior Product Marketing Manager - IT Industry

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive go-to-market (GTM) strategy, market research, customer segmentation, and sales enablement for our IT solutions, software, and services. You will work closely with product, sales, and marketing teams to enhance product positioning, accelerate adoption, and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute comprehensive GTM strategies for IT product launches, market expansions, and feature rollouts.
  2. Conduct in-depth market research to analyze industry trends, customer needs, and competitor positioning, ensuring a deep understanding of the market landscape.
  3. Build and refine customer segmentation models to optimize targeting and personalized messaging, driving engagement and conversion.
  4. Create and enhance sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, battle cards, case studies, and whitepapers, to support sales teams in effectively communicating value to customers.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment on positioning and messaging, fostering a cohesive brand voice.
  6. Drive demand generation initiatives by supporting digital campaigns, content marketing, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies, maximizing reach and impact.
  7. Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to measure GTM effectiveness and optimize marketing efforts, continually improving results.

Qualifications:

  1. 8+ years of experience in product marketing within the IT industry, B2B SaaS, or enterprise technology, with a proven track record of launching and scaling technology products globally.
  2. Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and sales enablement for IT solutions, with a strong understanding of customer needs and pain points.
  3. Strong storytelling, messaging, and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  4. Proficiency in CRM, marketing automation, analytics tools, and sales enablement platforms, with experience in leveraging data to inform marketing decisions.
  5. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across technical and business teams, with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
