Job Opportunity: Talent Acquisition Expert

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-driven professional to join our team as a Talent Acquisition Expert. This role is about identifying top candidates, streamlining recruitment processes, and ensuring a smooth experience for both applicants and our team.

The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recruitment experience, with a strong background in customer service and proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with strong written and verbal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities
  • Screen resumes, cover letters, and initial interviews via Hireflix
  • Manage candidate communication and email correspondence
  • Keep recruitment records updated in HubSpot and Google Sheets
  • Coordinate with managers and assistants to align on hiring needs
  • Contribute to SOPs, training resources, and team communication in Slack
Qualifications
  • At least 1 year of recruitment experience (required)
  • 1–2 years of BPO customer service experience (preferred)
  • Familiarity with E-commerce or a strong interest to learn
  • Proficiency in Gmail, Slack, and Google Sheets
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
