Job Description

The Talent Acquisition Specialist plays a pivotal role in the organization's Human Resources/Recruitment Department, responsible for coordinating hiring activities from preparing job advertisements to scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate databases.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordination of Hiring Processes: Collaborate with the HR team on all aspects of recruitment.
  • Candidate Engagement: Respond promptly and professionally to recruitment-related inquiries.
  • Job Advertising: Prepare and post job advertisements across various platforms.
  • Candidate Screening: Conduct initial resume screenings and perform initial interviews.
  • Interview Scheduling: Schedule interviews and manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the candidate database regularly.
  • Onboarding Support: Assist new hires by preparing documentation and facilitating tasks.
  • Record Keeping: Handle and organize recruitment records and paperwork.

  • Talent Acquisition Virtual Assistance: Focuses on managing the end-to-end talent acquisition process from sourcing to onboarding support.
  • Specialized in Job Posting, Candidate Screening, Interview Coordination, Database Management, Background Checks, and Onboarding Documentation.

    • Streamlining Recruitment Activities and Candidate Communication.
    • Efficiently Managing Interview Schedules and Candidate Pipelines.
    • Maintaining Accurate Recruitment Records and Databases.
    • Supporting New Hire Onboarding Processes.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a relevant field.
  • At least one year of experience as a recruitment assistant or a related role.
  • Familiarity with standard hiring practices.
  • Preferably has experience recruiting for virtual assistants in the e-commerce industry.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and part of a team.
  • Can thrive in a fast-paced environment with high demand for recruitment requests.
