Job Overview

The Program Coordinator position is a vital role within the organization, encompassing administrative, data entry, and project-based responsibilities assigned by the Program Manager. Key duties involve:

  • Managing the general mailbox to respond to hiring manager and supplier inquiries in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Providing assistance to the Program Manager, Specialists, Hiring Managers, and Suppliers throughout all stages of requisition and contingent worker management processes.
  • Supporting Onboarding & Offboarding activities, ensuring accurate completion of onboarding steps and adherence to deadlines.
  • Monitoring missing timesheets, expenses, and invoice submissions, following up with Associates and Managers to ensure approval completion by Payroll Deadline cut-off.
  • Collaborating with the Program Team to maintain data within the VMS and/or Client Facing Systems.

This role demands strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Ideal candidates should possess 1-3 years' experience as a recruiting assistant, staffing coordinator, or administrative assistant, with proficiency in technology, including Microsoft suite of products and Adobe.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) include email and ticketing response time, completion of weekly reports by deadline, missing timecard follow-up, and compliance with program SLAs.
