We are seeking an exceptional Junior Business Analyst to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working closely with internal teams to elicit and explore feature ideas and requirements, meeting with clients to analyze and document their individual needs, creating high-level and detailed user stories of solution features and functions, and translating business requirements into detailed functional / technical requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with internal teams to identify and prioritize feature ideas
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their business needs
  • Creating clear and concise user stories that capture the essence of solution features and functions
  • Translating business requirements into actionable functional and technical requirements

In addition to these key responsibilities, the successful candidate will also have the opportunity to work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to determine work scope and estimate delivery timeframes, perform testing to ensure product quality, and assist with internal and external communications.
