
Senior Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking an experienced leader to oversee a team of inbound customer service agents, coaching and developing their skills to drive high-performance results.
This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless delivery of tailored solutions to our clients. Supervisors in this position will work closely with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives.
