Customer Support Specialist

TORCH Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Care Associate to join our team in Davao. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experience through effective communication, problem-solving, and issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:
- To provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat.
- To resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner.
- To maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Requirements:
- A senior high school graduate with excellent English communication skills.
- The ability to work full-time and start ASAP.
