What is the job?

The IT Infrastructure Specialist is responsible for maintaining, securing, and optimizing the organization's network, servers, and backend IT systems.

Responsibilities:

• Resolve and route IT tickets to minimize downtime

• Administer on-prem and cloud infrastructure; monitor networks, systems, and security alerts

• Manage Windows and SQL Server (patching, updates, performance)

• Maintain network administration and identity/access controls

• Run backups and disaster recovery; document infra and security processes

• Enforce security standards and policies; lead improvements and train the team

Qualifications:


• At least four (4) years of experience in IT infrastructure and support.

• Administers SaaS apps (Zoom, Salesforce) and Microsoft 365/AD; manages endpoints

• Supports macOS/Windows users, including executives

• Operates the IT service desk; triages, resolves, and documents tickets

• Manages Windows/SQL servers, networks, and identity/access controls

• Enforces security standards; runs backups/DR; follows IT/IS policies and compliance

• Communicates clearly; works accurately in fast-paced settings; owns projects end-to-end
