About the Role:

This Manager will oversee multiple projects, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assigning project resources to meet client needs
  • BUILDING strong relationships with internal stakeholders through partnership, cooperation, and trust
  • Overseeing small concurrent client projects and mentoring staff in Agile methodologies
  • Providing clear understanding of responsibilities, accountabilities, and growth plans to teams
  • Ensuring bench time for Consultants is utilized to improve skills aligned with Practice technology roadmaps
  • Monitoring alignment of program scope with strategic business objectives
Key Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 5+ years of demonstrated client relationship skills and experience setting and managing client expectations
  • Strong verbal and writing skills, with ability to communicate effectively up to Executive Levels
  • Extensive experience aligning diverse teams across multiple locations
  • Deep knowledge in internal stakeholder management, people management, and software project delivery
  • Ability to manage up to 20 people and provide guidance on their career development
