Project Management Professional

This role involves overseeing operations, project management, and utilizing tech tools to drive sales funnels and high-converting ad creation. As a key player supporting a high-performing founder with ADHD, you will create structure for freedom and flow.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), workflows, onboarding documents, and scalable team systems.
  • Implement project tools and establish internal structure from scratch.
  • Maintain company drives, task lists, and accountability trackers.
  • Schedule & Priority Management: Manage the CEO's calendar, appointments, and digital events across time zones; send reminders, confirmations, and assist with time-blocking for focus.
  • Project Management: Utilize Trello and Google Sheets to manage weekly task boards; lead weekly standups or check-ins to keep the team aligned; coordinate with developers, contractors, and the finance team.
  • Assist in launching new offers, digital products, or wellness campaigns; coordinate with designers, copywriters, and the tech team to ensure deadlines are met.
  • Apply AI or automation to enhance campaigns and conversion tracking; research and apply for podcast features, interviews, articles, and press opportunities.
Requirements:
  • At least 3 years of experience supporting founders or managing projects (preferably in a startup or remote setting).
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Proficiency in tech and comfort with AI and modern automation tools.
  • Experience in sales, funnels, and high-converting campaigns is highly desirable.
  • Organized, proactive, and resourceful - able to work independently and think strategically.
  • Experience in health, wellness, or beauty industries is beneficial.
