Operations Manager



Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing the launch of new projects, coordinating and managing tutors, planning and data analysis of program efficacy, streamlining communication with stakeholders, etc.

The Operations Manager will actively support Regional Operations and provide outstanding academic services to students and their families. They will operate seamlessly in a virtual environment, maintain Tutor Me Education operating standards, including people, financial, and academic standards.

Key responsibilities include ensuring delivery of programs and initiatives for our students and school district partners, meeting operational excellence standards, providing virtual administrative support to Regional Operations, managing class schedules to effectively staff sessions and meet company efficiency and usage targets.

Additional responsibilities include managing virtual tutoring sessions, monitoring all students' academic progress, helping ensure flawless execution of programs and initiatives, managing your own time in compliance with company and regulatory requirements, conducting conferences with partner program directors to review progress, adjust academic plans, and renew enrollments.

  • Bachelor's Degree required
  • 2-3 years progressive career growth
  • Experience working in a virtual operations and team environment
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish beneficial
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google applications
