Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled professional to support the lease documentation process from start to finish.

This role demands strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.

  • Draft and process lease documents including equipment lease schedules, purchase orders, acceptance certificates, and amendments using CRM and document management tools.
  • Ensure accuracy of lease terms, financial obligations, and equipment details before finalizing documents.
  • Maintain compliance with internal service level agreements and documentation standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather required data and resolve discrepancies.
Key Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent preferred.
  • 1-2 years of experience in contract administration, leasing, or a strong document administrative role.
  • Experience with document management, processing, and creation is a plus.
  • Ability to manage high email traffic and intra-office communications.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Experience with CRM systems and document management platforms is a bonus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
