The role of Technical Documentation Specialist involves creating and maintaining various types of documentation, including guides, tutorials, and user manuals.
You will work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements while taking ownership of projects from start to finish.
- Develop comprehensive documentation tailored to diverse audiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product and documentation requirements.
- Design and implement digital experiences using Salesforce Site Builder, writing and maintaining basic HTML and CSS code.
- Manage and maintain a knowledge base across the organization, ensuring high service levels and effective audience administration.
- Review, proofread, and edit content produced by team members, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to established standards.
- Demonstrate technical writing experience, specifically in creating service, product, and client-facing documentation.
- Adapt content for diverse audiences across different cultures and regions.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple priorities effectively.
The ideal candidate will have a background in English, Communications, or a related field, with a minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing, particularly in a service-oriented or technology-driven environment.
They must also have familiarity with Salesforce, experience designing and maintaining digital experiences, and proficiency in HTML and CSS. A strong background in creating user-friendly documentation that effectively communicates technical information is essential.

- A strong portfolio showcasing relevant documentation, experience adapting content for diverse audiences, and working in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Salesforce, including design and maintenance of digital experiences and management of a knowledge base.
- Proficiency in HTML and CSS, with the ability to apply these skills in documentation and site design.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate technical jargon into user-friendly language.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility in adjusting to changing priorities and demands.
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a genuine interest in the Human Capital sector.
- Minimum of a High School Diploma; a degree in English, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
