Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer service department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients in both English and Spanish.

Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls in English and Spanish.
  • Translate and communicate clearly across both languages.
  • Assist customers with billing, account updates, and general inquiries.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department.
  • Follow company policies and procedures for customer interactions.
  • Meet daily and monthly performance goals.
Qualifications
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
  • Excellent listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Prior experience in a bilingual customer service role is preferred.
