Job Title: Virtual Assistant

Patra Corporation is a global leader in insurance back-office and account management business process outsourcing. Responsibilities:
  • The Virtual Assistant will perform various administrative tasks to support an insurance company.
Core Duties:
  • Business Acumen: Gain a deep understanding of our business and strategy.
  • Communication: Manage business communications to internal/external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Perform other Virtual Assistant-related tasks as required.
Leadership:
  • Knowledge Sharing: Actively share knowledge and experience through data entry and processing.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrate the ability to work well with colleagues and clients, as well as external organizations.
Accountability:
  • Task Execution: Process insurance-related tasks.
  • Event Planning: Coordinate events and activities.
  • Reporting: Generate and prepare reports.
  • Travel Coordination: Arrange domestic and international travel.
  • Expense Management: Complete expense reports and create presentations.
  • Customer Service: Manage inbound and outbound calls.
  • Scheduling: Schedule and manage Outlook calendars.
Work Environment:
  • Remote Work: Work from home or remote locations.
  • Flexible Hours: Be available to work night shifts during US hours.
  • Technology Requirements: Have minimum internet speed of 6 mbps download and 3 mbps upload; directly connected into modem; no satellite.
Work Standards:
  • Compliance: Adhere to and comply with all applicable policies and procedures.
Benefits:

Basic Salary: 27,000-33,000 PHP/Month. Computer Equipment, medical benefits and additional allowances are provided.
