Job Overview: Our team is seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to support our insurance operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate completion and processing of insurance applications and Acord forms.
- Submit quote requests to underwriters via email, track responses, and obtain quotes from online insurance portals.
- Prepare comparative proposals and maintain organized records of all submissions and quotes.
- Communicate with underwriters and clients to ensure timely processing of applications.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in insurance, underwriting support, or account management is preferred.
- Proficiency in Acord forms and insurance quoting portals.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
