The role of an Insurance Operations Specialist is to ensure seamless execution of insurance processes from application to approval. This involves guiding clients through the process, tracking applications, and managing client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Workflow & Application Tracking: Monitor the full lifecycle of client applications, from submission to final policy activation.
- Lead Intake & CRM Management: Keep the CRM organized and client records accurate and up-to-date.
- Relationship & Communication Management: Maintain client relationships through empathetic, timely, and professional communication.
- Ad Hoc Operational Support: Identify and resolve operational inefficiencies and provide support as needed.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Exceptional Attention to Detail: You catch the small stuff others miss – typos, inconsistencies, and gaps in process.
- Strong Language & Proofreading Skills: Clear, professional communication and error-free writing are second nature to you.
