About our ideal candidate

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Client Relationship Manager to join our Sales Team at ESR Talent. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact between clients and the business in all matters.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand our client base and increase revenue.
  • Analyse and assess client product requests and feedback to internal teams.
  • Forecast, track, and analyse Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Promote commercial incentives for growth and manage critical escalations between the business and the client.

Requirements

  • 2-4 years experience in the online gaming industry or a similar field.
  • Previous work experience in a Sales or Operations role.
  • Good understanding of KPIs in the online gaming industry.
  • Ability to influence key decision makers at the executive level.
  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Bilingual in written and spoken Korean and English.
