Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze trends and patterns in training and operational performance data to provide actionable insights
  • Perform root-cause analyses on performance deviations and outliers, identifying both immediate and long-term solutions
  • Translate complex analytical findings into clear, concise narratives and recommendations
  • Partner closely with instructional designers, trainers, and leadership teams to implement data-driven learning solutions
  • Present insights to stakeholders through intuitive dashboards and reports

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analysis, Business Analytics, Statistics, or related field
  • Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, Excel)
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze complex datasets and translate insights into meaningful business recommendations
  • Solid proficiency in Excel, SQL, and data manipulation techniques
