Job Overview

We are seeking an Implementation and Support Professional to play a key role in our Global Privacy Solutions Team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Onboarding: Collaborate with the Technical Account Management Team to implement and set up clients on our products.
  • Technical Support: Provide high-quality support and troubleshooting to ensure client success using our products.
  • Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth product knowledge quickly through hands-on experience and interaction with subject matter experts.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicate responsively with team members to ensure timely delivery of tasks.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
  • Front End Web Development Experience: Must have experience in front-end web development.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced knowledge of Sublime, Google Apps, Photoshop, Illustrator, GIMP, BrowserStack, and others.
  • Technological Platforms: Strong understanding of online ad serving systems on desktop and mobile.
  • Problem Solving: Ability to distill complex issues into clear written and verbal recommendations.
  • Microsoft Office: Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office applications, especially Excel; basic knowledge of Web-based technologies (HTML, FTP, cookies, web beacons, etc.).
  • Communication: Strong command of standard American English grammar and usage, both oral and written.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to work through complex problems with creative solutions.
  • Motivation: Highly motivated and self-directed.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to work effectively cross-functionally with other teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Industry Experience: 2-3 years of experience in online advertising, email, marketing, or software technical support.
  • Functional Work Experience: Functional work experience in privacy management systems.
  • Data Privacy: Understanding of data privacy management practices.
  • ERP Systems: Knowledge of various ERP systems (Netsuite, Jira, Salesforce, etc.).
