We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Executive Support professional to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings and appointments.
  • Handle email correspondence for the CEO, ensuring prompt and effective communication.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and itineraries for the executive team.
  • Organize and maintain confidential company documents and records.
  • Track expenses across divisions, ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
  • Assist in coordinating internal projects, providing administrative support as needed.
  • Take meeting notes and ensure follow-up on action items, maintaining accountability and organization.
  • Support client relations, interacting with advertisers and external stakeholders.
  • Contribute to content creation, developing professional documents and presentations.

Requirements:

  • At least 6 months to 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.

Key Skills:

  • Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to conduct research and produce high-quality documents.
  • Friendly and curious personality with a proactive mindset.
  • Confident phone presence and comfort handling inquiries.
  • Quick learning ability and adaptability to new procedures.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
