Job Summary

Community corrections provides support to individuals in the community under various supervision orders.

The role ensures high community safety through case management of adults subject to community orders, acting on assessed risk and need, and maintaining standards of assessment practices for effective supervision and rehabilitation.

This is an exciting opportunity to make a difference in your community as a Senior Case Manager.

Our goal is to protect the community and reduce reoffending by providing tailored supervision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Negotiate and resolve conflicts with stakeholders to gain commitments and deliver services.
  • Work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Apply experience working within a legislative framework.
  • Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders on sensitive issues.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Possess a valid Australian driver's license.
  • Be willing to work outside normal hours and travel to various locations.
  • Complete Certificate IV in Correctional Practice (Community) within 12 months.

Relocation expenses may be eligible under certain circumstances.
