About the Role

As a key professional in risk and compliance, you will champion a culture of regulatory awareness across global operations. You will utilize technology to enhance scalability of adherence to laws and regulations, continually improving policies, training, and processes.

Main Responsibilities
  • High-Risk Case Review: Conduct thorough reviews of high-risk client assessments within 2 hours, providing actionable feedback to compliance officers on oversights, and presenting each case to the Head of Compliance for final approval within 4 hours.
  • Screening Alerts: Ensure timely management of screening alerts, with no outstanding name screening alerts beyond 24 hours and no transaction monitoring alerts unresolved for more than 48 hours.
  • Quality Reviews and Reporting: Conduct quality reviews of Low/Medium/High-Risk cases (at least 20% of each category) and prepare quarterly findings reports with recommendations for improvement.
  • Investigation Timeliness and STR Filing: Complete/review at least 80% of investigations within 15 calendar days and file required STRs within 5 calendar days of closing the investigation.
  • Process Improvements: Identify and recommend enhancements to client KYC, risk assessment, transaction monitoring or screening processes, to be implemented with product and IT teams.
