Risk Support Specialist

This role focuses on providing dedicated support to a Risk Advisor, ensuring the smooth servicing of accounts. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing administrative support to a Risk Advisor, including preparation and input of insurance quotations, proposals, and renewal documents.
- Accurately processing and updating client records and policy information in the CRM system.
- Gathering and organizing client data to prepare insurance policy applications and other supporting documentation.
- Managing billing processes with clients and insurance carriers.
- Organizing and tracking outstanding documentation, including policy subjectivities and compliance requirements.
To excel in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in the insurance industry (agency, brokerage, or carrier).
- Familiarity with insurance terminology and processes.
- Experience with insurance management systems or CRMs.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow detailed instructions.
- Commitment to accuracy and quality.
Key Skills: The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, be proactive and comfortable working independently as well as part of a team. They should also be able to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
