Job Opportunity
  • We are seeking a professional to handle import bookings and coordinate customer orders with overseas agents.
  • The successful candidate will communicate effectively with customers, service providers, airlines, shipping lines, and overseas agents.
  • They will be responsible for tracking shipments and providing status reports.
  • Additionally, they will process invoices and arrange transport.
  • Maintaining a safe and clean working area by adhering to company policies and procedures is also crucial.
Qualifications
  • A graduate degree in Customs Administration or a related field is preferred.
  • Candidates with over five years of experience in logistics and freight forwarding are highly sought after.
  • Experience in end-to-end order processing activities is essential.
  • Proficiency in using Cargowise, ICS, and Excel is required.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to work autonomously are vital skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills are necessary for success in this role.
