We are seeking a highly skilled professional to join our engineering team as an HRIS PeopleSoft Developer.

Job Description

This role involves reviewing current manual processes in HR Operations and providing solutions for process automation. The successful candidate will be responsible for system administration, technical expertise, building custom solutions, conducting and coordinating Unit and System Integration Testing, and delivering solutions in a DevOps, Agile delivery team.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Review and improve existing HR processes to increase efficiency
  • Provide expert technical support and guidance
  • Design and develop custom solutions to meet business needs
  • Conduct thorough testing to ensure high-quality results
  • Collaborate with the development team to deliver projects on time
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years' experience in technical analysis, design, and build, using People Tools 8.5+
  • Deep understanding of PeopleSoft HRMS v9.1/v9.2 and Global Payroll including Fluid configurations
  • Experience in PeopleSoft system administration, security setup, and department configurations
  • Proven experience in application design, coding, workflow, integration, and deployment
  • Familiarity with AWS and Integration Broker is a plus
