Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include acting as the primary point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and external partners; managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner; coordinating meetings and travel arrangements; tracking daily expenses and preparing financial reports; and overseeing the performance of other clerical staff. Additionally, you will maintain office supply inventory and format information for internal and external communication.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong organizational skills, discretion, and the ability to handle sensitive information. Proficiency in using various software applications, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Google Docs, Slides, and Sheets, is essential. Familiarity with work gadgets and applications, such as Gmail, Outlook, Microsoft Teams, and project/task management tools, is also necessary. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is mandatory. Good time-management skills and availability for full-time employment are also required. Experience in bookkeeping is preferred.
